Laura is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals in their pursuit of mental wellness. Laura’s approach to therapy is to provide genuineness, empathy, and acceptance in a nonjudgmental environment. Laura has her degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa and is trained in trauma-based CBT and Eco therapy.

Laura brings a holistic and integrative approach to her practice. Throughout her career, she has gained experience working with diverse populations, including people who face disabilities, women affected by violence and trauma, refugees, and children. Laura’s areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, stress management, self-esteem, and relationship issues. Laura believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a warm and empathetic environment where clients feel heard and understood.
