Gladys Smith, LISW

Gladys Smith earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology from Briar Cliff University and her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Nebraska, Omaha She is a licensed independent Social Worker in Iowa and a licensed Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska

Gladys has over 35 years of clinical experience in a variety of human services settings. She has provided individual, group and family therapy in inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. Gladys provides therapy to adults, and families. She specializes in working with adolescents with mental health, behavioral, and substance abuse/addiction issues.

Gladys has experience providing clinical and licensure supervision, program management and development. Throughout her career, Gladys has provided trainings in the areas of addiction, trauma, residential treatment, ethics, building effective teams, etc.
