Ashley is Licensed Mental Health Therapist is devoted to helping have a safe space for individuals, couples and families to work through struggles and to make positive change in their life. If you are struggling with self-confidence, anxiety, depression or anything that is causing for you to feel like you are stuck in this loop of confusion and pain, Ashley would love to help you feel more comfortable in your own skin.

Ashley prides herself in being a kind and compassionate person, and as always had a passion for helping others, all shapes and sizes from all different ages. With experience in using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with specializing in Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma, and Adjustment Disorders. While also working with couples and families too. Ashley would love to work with Athletes and their mental health as well.

Life is everlastingly complicated and hard, not many people are able to understand that, especially since no one can ever walk in your shoes. No one can ever say that they have been in your shoes or understand your struggles, but Ashley would love to be able to help you through what you may be suffering with, to make a more positive change in your life.
